Estate Viognier, Eola-Amity Hills
93 points - The Pinot File
"Lightly fined and filtered. Very light platinum color in the glass. Inviting aromas of jasmine and other white flowers, pear, peach and tropical fruits. Delicious flavors of pear, apricot and pastry cream, with a hint of tropical fruit and nuts. Slightly creamy in the mouth, with impeccable balance, finishing with a lingering and refreshing presence. One of the New World’s best examples of Viognier."
92 Points - Josh Raynolds, Vinous
" Light green-tinged yellow. Ripe citrus and orchard fruits and violet on the highly fragrant, mineral-accented nose. Shows impressive energy and heft to the juicy pear, white peach and honey flavors; a touch of candied ginger adds back-end lift. I really like the blend of heft and vivacity that's happening here. Closes with powerful thrust, building spiciness and excellent fruit-driven tenacity."
92 points- Paul Gregutt, The Wine Enthusiast
"Barrel-fermented in stainless steel and neutral oak, this aromatic wine rolls into a gorgeous palate loaded with rich fruit flavors of pineapple, grapefruit and Meyer lemon. There's a suggestion of softness to the acids, and a lick of butterscotch runs through the finish. It's a totally engaging wine."/em>
